We’ll sit down and figure out your wants and needs for your new home and begin sketching and planning what your layout is going to look like.

We then take your ideas to one of our trusted architects to really flesh out the design, taking into account the layout and restrictions of your home site.

Before we start building, we’ll give you a timeline of targeted selection dates that support the construction time. This will allow you to have the right elements picked out for your home when we’re ready to install them.

Next, we’ll go out to your home site and review the placement of your home. Once approved, the home will be staked and we’ll discuss grading and clearing options. This is when we’ll break ground on your new home!

Before drywall installation, you’ll do a walkthrough to verify the final placements of all rough-ins. We’ll do another walkthrough before final closing so you can have total peace of mind and make sure everything looks just as you envisioned it would.
